We're making Point Cook even more bike friendly!

As part of our Coastal & Marine Management Plan, we're planning to improve the shared path network and amenity throughout Point Cook. This includes creating a brand new Bike Park at Corporate Drive in Point Cook with a range of exciting upgrades for cyclists and community members.

The Bike Park will provide end of trip amenities to pedestrians & cyclists utilising the Wyndham Bay Trail. This location has been chosen due to its proximity to Tribeca Village shopping centre and the Wyndham Bay Trail.

The goal of the upgrade is to provide locals, walkers, and cyclists with an inviting area to stop and rest, with easy access to the shops and facilities at Tribeca Village.

What other cycling projects are happening across Point Cook?

Parks Victoria are also leading a project to construct a new boardwalk connecting Sanctuary Lakes and Saltwater Coast estates, which will also enable pedestrians and cyclists to easily access the Wyndham Bay Trail from Hobsons Bay.

This project is due to commence construction in 2023. You can read more about this project here.
