Delivering for our growing community
Every year Wyndham prepares an Annual Plan and Budget which outlines the important capital works, services and priorities for Council to deliver over the next financial year.
We’re proud to present a responsible and sustainable Annual Plan and Budget 2023/24. Our Budget plans for the long-term and keeps costs down and aims to deliver a more liveable city, while recognising that we are living in a more unpredictable environment.
In November 2022, members of Wyndham’s People’s Advisory Panel participated in Annual Plan and Budget community focus groups to assist Councillors in their decision-making process for the 2023/24 Annual Plan and Budget, with a focus on capital works projects.
You can read the engagement report from these focus groups here. All of these insights and ideas, along with ongoing engagement with residents and community members, have been used to inform the Annual Plan and Budget 2023/24.

How to get involved
We want your feedback to help finalise our Budget before it goes back to Council for adoption in June. There are lots of opportunities for you to provide feedback either in person or online.
- Provide your feedback via our survey below or download a hard copy form here, fill it in and email it to us at engagement@wyndham.vic.gov.au or post it to us at PO Box 197, Werribee, Victoria 3030. You can also drop it off to any of our community centres, libraries or the Civic Centre at 45 Princes Highway, Werribee.
- Want to chat to us in person? Come and visit your Councillors and staff at any of our pop up events happening throughout May in locations right across Wyndham. View more details below.
