Engagement closed on Monday 12 August 12 February 2025, thank you to everyone who shared their feedback.
With a clearer understanding of the type of programs, age groups, values and experiences are important to the local community, Council and community volunteers have progressed through two separate club development processes to form a community cricket club and a community soccer club at Polly Parade Reserve.
Read the Engagement Report here to find out what the community told us or fill in our survey to tell us how we did.
Engagement Overview
How will you play at Polly Parade Reserve?
As part of the Tarneit North Community Precinct Master Plan implementation, a brand new sporting reserve in Tarneit is nearly ready!
The Polly Parade Reserve will include three sports fields for soccer and cricket, six tennis courts, including netball court overlays, cricket practice nets, lighting and pathways adding to the already completed play space and BBQ and picnic area.
A sporting pavilion within the Reserve is under construction and is expected to open in early 2026, acting as an important hub for the community.
Residents will be able to enjoy use of the grassed spaces from July 2025, with access to tennis courts and cricket nets available shortly after.
Before the Reserve opens, we want to hear from local residents and sporting groups to help shape how the Reserve is activated.
