Planning for the Future of Kindergarten and Childcare in Wyndham

Big changes are coming to kindergartens in Victoria as part of the Best Start, Best Life Reform. We want to hear from families in Wyndham about what these changes will mean for them.

We will use this information to help us plan our own services and to work in partnership with the Victorian Government on the rollout to ensure our community needs are being met.

How to get involved

If you have a child aged up to 5 years old, or you are planning on starting a family in the future, please complete our Planning for the Future of Kindergarten and Childcare in Wyndham Survey. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.

Families who complete the survey can go in the draw to receive one of five $200 Coles/Myer gift cards (Terms and Conditions apply - see here for more details).

The survey closed at 11:59 pm Sunday 2 April 2023.

Acknowledgement of Traditional Custodians

Wyndham City Council recognises Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the first Peoples of Australia. We acknowledge the Bunurong and Wadawurrung Peoples as Traditional Owners of the lands on which Wyndham City operates. The Wadawurrung and Bunurong Peoples have and always will belong to the Werribee Yalook (river), creeks, stars, hills and red clay of this Country. We pay respect to their Ancestors and Elders who always have, and always will, care for Country and community today and for future generations.
