1. This competition is run by Wyndham City Council in the state of Victoria, Australia only.


2. By entering this competition you agree to accept these terms and conditions of entry. If your entry does not comply with these terms and conditions, it is not valid and it will not be accepted.

3. You must be a Wyndham resident to be eligible to enter the competition. If you are aged under 18, you must have your parent or legal guardian’s consent to enter the competition. Council staff, Councillors and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. To enter the competition, you must opt into the competition draw when submitting your responses to Council’s Supported Playgroup Survey via SurveyMonkey between 8:00am on 23 June 2025 and 11:59pm on 4 July 2025. Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

5. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

6. The competition will be drawn at 2pm on 8 July 2025 by Council officers. The first person drawn at random will be declared the competition winner who will receive a prize consisting of a craft activity kit, a copy of We’re Going on a Bear Hunt by Michael Rosen, a copy of Where is the Green Sheep? by Mem Fox and a copy of The Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle (total prize valued at $39.99). The winner will be contacted by telephone on the same day.

7. If the winner cannot be contacted by 10:00am on 17 July 2025, Council may opt to conduct a further draw to determine a new competition winner.

8. If the prize has not been claimed by 10:00am on 17 July 2025, the winner will be deemed to have surrendered the prize and Council may opt to conduct a further draw to award the unclaimed prize.

9. The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

10. Council may, acting in its absolute discretion, require the winner to provide evidence of their identity on collection of the prize.

11. Council accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, corrupt or invalid entries.

12. If for any reason this competition cannot be run as planned, Council reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition.

13. Council reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice to you.

14. Council’s decisions are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
