A new community centre is coming to Tarneit West and we want to know how you would like to use it

The Riverdale Community Centre is scheduled to open in Tarneit West in 2021, providing the local Tarneit West community with access to a wide range of community services for all ages in a welcoming and environmentally sustainable facility. The centre will also be a great location for the community to come together.

The centre will have indoor and outdoor facilities and services for the community including:

Kindergarten services
Maternal and child health services
Consulting rooms
Community meeting rooms
Lounge area and WIFI
Community kitchen
A range of outdoor spaces which could include a half basketball court, amphitheatre, bbq area and an open lawn for lawn games.

We want to hear from you on how you would use the centre so we can design the space to cater to the local community's needs. An initial plan of the centre can be viewed in the photo library to give you an idea of what the building and outdoor space will look like.
