Property Portfolio Policy

Consultation has concluded

The draft Property Portfolio Policy was adopted by Council in March 2019. Thank you to everyone who participated.

A draft policy has been developed to assist Council's decision making regarding land transactions which include land acquisition, re-purposing and sale.

The draft Property Portfolio Policy supports the processes for property proposals, and provides clarity for informed decision making.

This policy also aims to help to build community understanding of Council’s role as a property owner and confidence in the decisions making process.

How can you help?

You are invited to share your comments on the draft Property Portfolio Policy. Your feedback will help shape the policy, ahead of Council endorsing the policy. Review the policy in the document library and and provide your comments by 31 January 2019.
